Special Event: Kool-Aid After Dark 7-10 p.m. Special Admission applies to this activity.
Planetarium: 1 p.m., 2 p.m. & 3 p.m.

Saturday, AUGUST 8Keep calm and kool aid on

Solar Observing: 1 to 5 p.m. (weather permitting)

Museum Open: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Science Stations: 1 to 5 p.m.
Free Kool-Aid Stand: 1 to 5 p.m.
Solar Observing: 1 to 5 p.m. (weather permitting)
Planetarium Shows: 12:00 – 5:15 p.m.

Exhibit open daily at Hastings Museum. Enter the life of Edwin Perkins, the inventor of Kool-Aid, through the thriving general store, where this young entrepreneur began the journey of creating the soft drink that became famous around the world.

Come see our summer exhibit, Peanuts … Naturally, from the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, CA. Charlie Brown is in trouble with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Lucy knows the Earth has 48 suns, and Snoopy and Linus are planting french fries in the garden. These are just a few of the misadventures and explanations gone wrong as the Peanuts Gang explores the natural world—what other trouble will they find?! More details here.
