June 30, 2008, HASTINGS, NE - The Lied Super Screen Theatre in the Hastings Museum will feature the 35mm film Iron Man on the giant screen on Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on July 5-6. It will play again on Friday at 7:15 p.m., Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on July 11-13.

Tony Stark is a billionaire industrialist and genius inventor who is kidnapped and forced to build a devastating weapon. Instead, using his intelligence and ingenuity, Tony builds a high-tech suit of armor and escapes captivity. When he uncovers a nefarious plot with global implications, he dons his powerful armor and vows to protect the world as Iron Man.

Starring Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Bridges and Gwyneth Paltrow, Iron Man is rated PG-13 for some intense sequences of sci-fi action and violence, and brief suggestive content.

All 35mm film admissions are $4.50 per person. There is also a discount available for seeing both a large-format film and 35mm feature the same day. Seating is limited to 211 for each showing, so purchasing your tickets in advance is recommended.
