Discover the ancient link between buffalo herds and wolves and why Native Americans have referred to the wolf as their spiritual brother since early days. Meet Kaoni, a traveling wolf who goes to school! Featured in the film are Yellowstone biologists working for the return of the wolves to the park, and Nez Perce biologists reintroducing the wolf into central Idaho. Traditional wisdom and modern science combine at the Wolf Education and Research Center in Winchester, Idaho, a Nez Perce facility.
