Volunteer
Hastings Museums loves its volunteers!
A reliable corps of volunteers allows us to deliver great programs to school kids, re-shelve and reorganize artifacts and help communicate all the great things the Museum does.
Volunteers come from all facets of the community – from retirees to working adults to college students to younger “junior curators”! All have something in common: They enjoy giving back to their community and making Hastings Museum a better place.
For certain events and programs, like our Native American Festival or SummerFun classes, we need a number volunteers for a short period of time. Yet the Museum very much appreciates (and needs!) regular volunteers who come in every week or on a regular schedule and tackle ongoing projects.
