We are thrilled to have Humanities Nebraska back at the Hastings Museum for a special Speaker.
During The War in Vietnam with David Wells, he gives a brief history of the war, explains how we got pulled into it and how it grew from a few military advisers to over 500K American soldiers and 58K deaths. Special attention is given to the 399 Nebraskans on the ‘Wall of Remembrance’ and the 16 from this state still listed as POW/MIA.
This multi-media presentation runs about 40 minutes and includes a special display.
