DESCRIPTION:Quilting Your Legacy: Square By Square\nSunday\, September 20th @ 3:30 pm\n$5 Per Person | $20 Per Square\n\nJoin Humanities Nebraska Speaker and quilter Janie York for Square by Square\, a fun\, hands-on family program that explores how quilts can help tell our stories\, one block at a time!\n\nEveryone has a story to tell! Children will have the chance to share a meaningful\, funny\, or unique memory before creating a quilt block that brings their story to life. Using fabric crayons and other creative supplies\, participants will design their own quilt block to take home on a dowel as a special reminder of their story.\nTickets must be purchased by September 17 to allow us to prepare enough supplies for everyone.\n\nAdmission is $5 per person\, with quilt blocks available for $15 each. (For example\, one parent and one child would pay $10 for admission and $15 for one quilt block.)\n\nPlease Note: A parent or guardian must stay with their child throughout the program.
