Festival of Trees.

This FREE program allows local non-profit youth and adult clubs to showcase what their organization is all about by decorating a Christmas tree.

Tree Decorating Nov. 16-20
On Display through January 2.

There are limited spots available. First come first served.

To avoid a large gathering, there will not be a decorating party.

Participants will pick a location and a corresponding time slot to decorate their tree.

Find your preferred spot by clicking the blue button below.
Then click the red button to sign up for a time slot.

NEW this year, WREATHS!

By request, we have added locations where your organization can decorate and hang a wreath. Locations are represented by a W#. See the specifications below:

  • Your organization must supply the wreath.
  • The Museum will provide command hooks for hanging.
  • Artificial wreaths only.
  • Wreaths will not have electricity available.
  • Maximum size of wreath is 32in diameter.
  • The same rules apply to wreaths as trees.

  Some Things You Should Know

  • Tree locations are assigned by the registered time.
  • Time is important.
  • Failure to appear within your allotted time, will forfeit your space.
  • Emergencies do happen. Should it happen to you, let us know before your scheduled time and we will make every effort to arrange a new time at a later date
  • Electricity is not available in all locations. Pay attention to the location you choose to make sure your electrical needs are met.
  • You are responsible for bringing your own extension cords. We will not provide extension cords, power strips, or outlet adapters.
  • Please bring one or more non-perishable food items per person. Proceeds benefit our local food pantry.
  • If you would like to continue to receive Festival of Trees News, please keep your contact information updated by sending an email to cgosser@hastingsmuseum.org.
