May Up Close

Mollusks & The Museum

Sat, May 12, 11a-Noon

We get “up close” to some of the most amazing little animals in the natural world, and also some of the deadliest. Mollusks come in a bewilderingly large number of shapes and sizes. We are going to explore this variety by looking at what mollusks leave behind: their shells. The museum has a large number of seashells in its possession, which will soon be part of a new exhibit.
