Nine Little Indians

This powerful documentary tells the story of Native American boarding schools through the lived experience of survivors, including the long and painful 20-year battle fought by sisters to bring the truth forward and seek accountability for what happened to them as children.

The evening will begin with speakers before the film, including director Shannon Kring and survivor and participant Yvonne “Pat” Charbonneau. The program will open in prayer with UmoNhoN Elder, prayer leader, and cultural consultant Rene Sans Souci.

This is a rare community screening focused on truth, healing, and listening to survivors’ voices.
