Dive into water with Project WET’s Curriculum and Activity Guide 2.0. Recommended by the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), this K-12 curriculum guide provides dozens of engaging, hands-on activities that focus on a variety of themes, including water’s physical and chemical properties, water is essential for life, water connects all Earth systems, water is a natural resource, and more. These investigation-based lessons are designed to take one or two 50-minute periods, are highly adaptable, and can be taught in a variety of settings. All lessons correlate to Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core State Standards
This workshop will introduce you to the guide and teach you how to use it as you explore water with your students. We will also dive into a variety of topics to deepen your understanding of water and how connected we are to it. Each participant will receive a copy of Curriculum and Activity Guide 2.0, as well as take home materials to help you get started on your environmental education journey.

This workshop is funded through a grant provided by Project Learning Tree. It is FREE to sign up. Registration is required to prep materials.
