Amy Weber started at the Museum in April of 2022 as a Visitor Services Representative. While she still works at the front desk and works with visitors, in January of 2023 she was promoted to Merchandise Coordinator. That means in addition to her duties selling admissions and memberships, booking field trips, and scheduling private bookings – she also coordinates all purchases for the Museum’s Store. Amy ran an in-home daycare for seven years and volunteered for six years with the Trumbull Rural Volunteer Fire Department (TRVFD). She is particularly proud of bridging from an EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) to an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and serving for two years as the Emergency Services Captain for the TRVFD. She loves working at Museum because it taps into her nerdy side and her love for learning new things. She lives in Trumbull with her daughter Emily, 16, and her son Jarron, 10.
