Katie is a Hastings native and long time lover of the Museum. She attended Hastings College and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science Secondary Education with endorsements in History and Political Science.
As one of our educators, Katie is usually seen exploring the museum with people of all ages while teaching about anything from cretaceous sea monsters to Kool-Aid to current constellations in the night sky. She is also responsible for recruiting and training volunteers who share the same passion for education and museums.
In her free time, Katie enjoys going on adventures with her son and ‘nerding’ out at area museums.
